Hi, I'm Meta

I wear many hats!

I started my career in local television as a web producer, where I learned to thrive in fast-paced environments, tell powerful stories, and do a lot more than I ever thought I could. Over the years, I’ve worked across digital content, video production, newsletters, and audience engagement — often stepping into leadership and mentoring roles along the way.

Today, I work in program management and member engagement at National Association of Secondary School Principals, supporting national recognition and leadership programs for school leaders across the country. My work focuses on creating meaningful experiences, strengthening community connections, and helping programs grow. It’s a role that blends strategy, creativity, storytelling, and relationship-building — all things I truly love.

Outside of my professional work, I’m deeply involved in PTA and community leadership as both a parent advocate and volunteer. Supporting schools, families, and educational communities has become an important part of who I am, and it’s shaped the way I approach leadership and service.

Creativity has always been a constant thread in my life. I enjoy writing, designing digital content and marketing materials, and finding ways to make information feel engaging and accessible. Somewhere along the way, I also added “entrepreneur” to the mix by launching my own online shop and exploring creative projects outside of work.

In summary, I’m someone who loves building things that connect people — whether that’s a program, a story, or a community initiative. One day I may even add "book" to that list - likely a children’s book or a parenting book.

If any of this resonates with you, or you’d simply like to connect, feel free to reach out on LinkedIn or by email at meta.viers@gmail.com.
